KL Tower Towerthon

This is a truly amazing and challenging event, although total time took you to the top is only less than half an hour, but it is the hardest event I had ever taken part, KL Tower International Forest Towerthon 2010.

The 800m uphill running at the beginning is good enough to drain your energy. For the first step I stepped on the staircase, I already exhausted, breathing huff and puff like going to collapse. Further on, there were countless staircase and uncountable levels. I could not figure out how many levels I had passed and how many levels to go. I could only focus on my legs climbing one step at a time and concenrate on my breathing to increase my inhale and exhale. Until at certain points, I felt that strenght was with me (Thank God!) but my breath was going to stop.

One thing is, I could not feel the finishing excitement because I could not see it. Somehow I fall in love with this challenge although I am not advantage at all in this kind of dashing event. I'm sure I cannot compete with others, but I'm sure I can outdo myself next time.

I did it in 22:44 rank around 15th or 16th in Women Open. Not too bad though but it was really a bad choking experience!

Back to Kindergarten

Some say, 重出江湖 (the return).
But I say, back to kindergarten learn ABC 123.

It has been exhausting running KLCC 3 loops and Lake Garden 4 loops. All my body parts could not coordinate well to run at pace 5'40/km, breathing was totally out. Stamina has gone with the wind. So now I can just back to basic, keep practicing and rebuild the base.

Counting 1, 2, 3; Learning A, B, C...
