Although it is just 9km (actual is 9.9km?), but there are quite a number of hills to climb at beginning until Damansara School, then only is a downhill follow by flat road after all. Normally the last 1 or 2km is the most exciting because it almost crossing the finishing line, especially when you hope to get a position, even though if you just come with relax mode, you will also unleash all you hidden power because you not suppose to hold any strenght at the finishing line :P
2006 (054) - 56'29 (15th)
2007 (D103) - 1:03'40
2008 (D001) - 53'37 (16th)
This year, the 3rd BHPetrol Orange Run had 3000+ registered runners, not sure how many percent turned up but definitely more than last year. It was sooo crowded at the Piazza, The Curve in the morning. It was raining at my place, I even brought over my rain-proof jacket to The Curve. Luckily the rain has stopped at PJ area. I truely enjoy running in the rain, but not this time where I just hardly recovered from my illness.
Very happy to get better timing this year, 16th get nothing la, winners only up to 15th, but I'm still very happy especially when I saw the chinese drums were placing there for performance. I superb love chinese drums performance!
53'37, which I was exceeded 1'23 from my target :) Keep going Ameba!!! This means I'm healed and fully ready to be returned!
I'll be going for ShoeString 10km run at Kota Kemuning next week, it is wholly flat, gonna grab a medal from it (1-20).
