Did my 20km LSD last Sunday, however it looks like my recovery run of my last 2 weeks’ 30km LSD. Because I did not have my recovery run last week, somemore and went to do some high intensity workouts, that’s why I strongly felt the existence of lactic acids in my legs muscles.
Then I don’t dare to play play again and went for my recovery run of the ‘recovery run’ last night. Today legs feel fresh (as fresh as watermelon!) :D
It is just 25 days away from KLIM. The first two weeks of March will not be LAZY, and must pick up the training as much as possible, then slow down the last two weeks of March. Sounds good, yeah ;)
