对不起,阿松哥!

真是出乎意料,我竟然来早了。始终,我们没有踏上红地毯,也没来到你身边就这样的走了。连一句话也没说就走了。
是的,我是落跑新娘!

如果你在今天中午12点到傍晚7。30之间来过,就看见了长长的blog,然而现在决定抽起,因为有点负面。我会好起来的!

阿松哥,我来囖!

今天中午带着愉快的心情去取‘礼服’,人潮不多,三两分钟就搞定!全场最hi-tech的部分就是付线换取Time Chips的柜台,是唯一用电脑还有Bar Code Scanner的哟。不过至于Registration的柜台,还是祝他们一路顺风,全Manual的喂!

阿松哥,当天你要等我哦!五小时不到,六小时内一定会到,但要是超过六小时都还不见我,那你就不用等了,因为我不会来的了。好,就这样约定囖:)

很兴奋很期待KLIM的到来,不只是因为这是一场国际马拉松比赛,而且我还可以大摇大摆跑在平日上班的路,而且还有警察叔叔特别为我(们)开路,机会难逢哦!

虽然没有100%的准备工夫,但至少也有60%-70%,目前的信心是60%,到星期六与跑友会面会上升到70%,把D3040套上战衣,在加10%,就有80%了。还有那20%,就是在赛会当天换上跑步鞋准备就绪以后,就信心100%!

预祝其他跑友也一样跑步愉快!加油!Go Go Go!

两只傻猫的Kulim-Betong Ride

Where: Kulim, Kedah to Betong, Thailand via Labu Besar, Baling and Pengkalan Hulu
Distance: 180km round trip

Route Description:
Forget about the map, the map that I bought has total different from the route number on the actual road. Kulim is located slightly north of Bukit Mertajam, from Kulim town, follow Kelang Lama and go towards Kulim Hi-Tech Park. After passing Hi-Tech Park, turn left at a junction at palm estate, then follow Labu Besar’s direction. It is about 30km from Kulim to Labu Besar and noted that it is trunk road with lesser cars, nice place to cycle! After reaching Labu Besar, pass through another 10km of palm estate and come to Lata Bukit Hijau junction, make a left turn towards Baling. Follow sign board’s direction, the first junction to Baling is via highway Route 67, if you go straight further from the junction to the next junction, there is a trunk road to Baling via few kampongs, one of them is Tawar. Exit from Tawar, join back the Route 67 towards Baling, here you encounter more cars and more hot. There is roughly 30km to Baling. Baling is the bigger town with plenty restaurants (Malay, Indian & Chinese), then next milestone Pengkalan Hulu which is 13km away also another recommended stopping point. The journey up to here is on and off rolling hills, there is killing uphill for 9km long before reaching Pengkalan Hulu. So make sure you have top up enough fluids at Baling before crossing the hill. You can have early left turn towards immigration checkpoint without passing Pengkalan Hulu main street and this save you for 1 or 2km. Immigration checkpoint is about 7km from Pengkalan Hulu, and Betong is also about 7km from the checkpoint.

2/5。1 是给路线不清。另一个1是给偏僻小路,但不很长。

这旅途有什么吸引力?
因为要过境chop passport的,很威风酱囖!而我本身很想到高乌这地方看看,好彩骗到另一只傻猫同行。不过如果她没来,我也会1-to-go的。

这旅途最大挑战是什么?
日晒—午间的太阳真的很猛很猛很猛!雨淋—回程淋了一小时的雨,是狂风暴雨那种,还闪电打雷,吓死人!

这旅途最难忘的是什么?
就是那段从Baling到Pengkalan Hulu地狱似的上坡路,而且还在全天最热的时候,中午一点越过那座山,死人嘢!想像看,去程用了两小时,时速只能7788,回程却只用一小时,最高时速去到5、60。

下个目标是那里?
Gold Coast吧?

真的很谢谢MC的陪同,如同金三顺所说:如果一个人要划过太平洋,那一定很辛苦;如果两个人,就好,累了的时候有人在身边鼓励你,旅程会变得轻松愉快。

102度有多烧

咳嗽了整一星期有多,现在‘终于’发烧了!
医生替我检查体温,她瞪大了眼睛看着温度计,又看了看我,惊讶的说:你烧到102度,为什么还来上班?这是属于高烧呢!她看来很不满意我的举止,但是我就只是觉得热热的,还能走路、思考和工作,也不觉得是发什么高烧的。就因为这样,我比她还惊讶。

102度,她指的应该是Fahrenheit吧,要是102度Celsius,可以用身体来煮水烧饭了!嘿嘿。。。

那天,就是昨天,傍晚回到家就一直睡到天亮,超过12小时的睡眠,体温终于降回正常水平,然后开始感觉很饿,都是好现象。目前还在休息中,体内的病毒应该被杀得七七八八,明天会继续上班。

上个星期两人行的脚车旅游照常展开,那是个很棒的旅程。也许就因为玩得太累,又日晒雨淋,又乱吃东西还猛灌冰水,才让咳嗽的病毒有机可乘,导致昨天发高烧。等一下就把照片放上网,别太着急哦!

至于四天后的马拉松比赛,目前真的无能为力,也不再祈求什么好成绩,只要跑完全程就好。

赛前大忌

赛前生病,如同婚前遇回初恋情人一样,是大忌。
今天无法完成如期的LSD,如同无法顺利签下结婚证书。
辜负了大家的期望,真过意不去。

其实我什么都不想要,除了甜甜的睡眠。
还好,失去的两天的睡眠,终于在今午努力的寻回一些,如同重新拾回记忆的碎片。

接下来的两个星期,我完全无法掌控自己。
但只要能够确保今天的状况不在比赛当天出现,就应该无大险了。

大将

往往我逛书局的收获还丰富过逛购物中心。一间规模不大的书局,不用走多少路,选到心爱书籍的巴仙率都可以很高。最重要的我会沉醉于书香。不像花那三五小时在超大的购物中心,不止腿很累,精神更加累。

吉隆坡的文化街几乎是我以前最常到访的地方,曾经还试过专程从关丹赶来上海书局,为的就是采购篆刻工具与材料。还有很多琳琅满目的文房四宝,只是看都把我乐坏了。

大将书局,从以前到现在,我还是一样那么爱着它,因为很有亲切感,工作人员的服务态度更加好得不得了!可是从四月一日开始,文化街的大将要搬迁到雪华堂附近了。昨天到访大将,以特优价‘收购’了六本中国出版的《Outdoor Exploration》,还有三本《人与自然》杂志,每本才RM3,是3令吉嘢!当然,都是过期杂志哦!可是户外探险的知识,哪有什么过不过期的呢?

付款时,没有把村上春树的《天黑以后》(林少华译)割舍,后来听说那是一本随笔小说,但我可是想找一本村上的蓝小说哦。对,就是要寻找以前村上蓝小说主角的孤单感,烟、酒和女人,都是离不开的重要材料!听说《海边的卡夫卡》很不错,今天再逛书局,不知有没有赖明珠翻译的?

What a Frust!


Oh my...

I have broken too many promises, I have only total of less than 15km milage last week. No LSD, no 10k, no weight training...


All because of my body was frustating and boycotts me from waking up as early as 6am in the morning, the weather was not give face at all and rain and rain, be a good and wise citizen to vote at GE, go here and there to settle little minor stuffs, work and work and work and work.........


I decided to turn and change the whole situation today, but still the same, something unpredictable always happen, sigh...

adidas Wear-Test: The Cool Boston

I have been wearing adidas Women Boston for KLIM full marathon trainings for 1 month, total mileage for this pair of shoe is about 150km and the longest distance is 30km. Well, it is still at the very best condition. Every runner has his/her own foot shape, running style, preference events, etc… For me, since I’m using it for full marathon, I will rate and compare it according to full marathon situation.

What’s Good
1. Light weight
Adidas Women Boston is as light as a racing shoe, you hardly feel it when your foot take off from the ground.

2. Excellent cooling system
With the design of ClimaCool®, the air is easily goes in to the shoe and released the heat.

3. Flexible
The base of the shoe is very flexible and allows curving for striking.


What’s To Be Improved
1. Cushioning
The cushioning is designed just at the acceptable level because there is absorber at the heel called adiPRENE®, and adiPRENE®+ at the forefoot.

2. Stability
The shoe is lack of stability since as I described in the advantages, it is very flexible. However this may hurt the foot for those runners who like to twist so much at the ankle.


Overall:
It is a good running shoe for (according to the order)
No. 1: Track / Sprint event
No. 2: Short distance race (<=10km)
No. 3: Endurance long distance for light weight runner

Recovery Run of ‘Recovery Run’

Did my 20km LSD last Sunday, however it looks like my recovery run of my last 2 weeks’ 30km LSD. Because I did not have my recovery run last week, somemore and went to do some high intensity workouts, that’s why I strongly felt the existence of lactic acids in my legs muscles.

Then I don’t dare to play play again and went for my recovery run of the ‘recovery run’ last night. Today legs feel fresh (as fresh as watermelon!) :D

It is just 25 days away from KLIM. The first two weeks of March will not be LAZY, and must pick up the training as much as possible, then slow down the last two weeks of March. Sounds good, yeah ;)
