The haze condition was eased by the rain for the past two days, so I quickly went to wallap some mileage on the road :D
This Sunday, I’m going to do my ‘Long Time No See 20k’.
Hahaha, cos I have been quite a long time did not do LSD liao lo… Hopefully this Sunday has a good day, a good day for prayers, for alibabas, and for all mankinds.
Singapore Marathon has 7+ weeks to go from now. Due to my late training and slow pick up, now don’t dare to delay any training anymore. Keep training to call back my stamina and endurance, 42km, the limit of mine, not hope to suffer too much and hit the wall in the race.
Enjoy and complete the run with injury free is the most important objective in my marathon event.
For those first timers, hope you have high spirit in completing your first ever full marathon with appropriate training schedule. Just share with you, running, cross training, meals and rest, all are the factors in the marathon training.
